Senior Construction Manager

This role is ideal for a construction leader who has operated on both sides of the table, with hands-on General Contractor experience and time serving as an Owner's Representative, particularly on projects ranging from $200M-$500M.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide detailed reports on project performance and financials.

A successful Senior Project Manager should have a history of:

• Large-scale Industrial developments
• Advanced Manufacturing facilities
• Life Sciences campuses
• Defense / secure infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership on $200M-$500M ground-up projects
• Strong background working for a General Contractor and in an Owner's Rep capacity
• Deep understanding of cost control, scheduling, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation
• Executive-level communication skills with clients, consultants, and trade partners
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while remaining detail-oriented
