A renowned family-owned manufacturer is looking for an Executive Head of Human Resources. In this role, you will partner with C-suite executives on strategic planning initiatives and lead a large HR team. **Relocation assistance provided for non-local candidates**

Description

• Strategic HR Leadership:
  Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Ensure the HR department supports company growth and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture.

• Talent Acquisition & Retention:
  Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Build and manage a talent pipeline and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and career development.

• Performance Management:
  Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and career development plans that align with business goals.

• Leadership & Team Development:
  Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide leadership and guidance to HR professionals across various functional areas.

• Organizational Development:
  Work with leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, build leadership capacity, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Profile

• 12+ years of HR leadership experience (prior manufacturing experience highly preferred)
• Prior Senior Manager/Director experience of leading at least 3 direct reports
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Morgantown area with 25% travel (relocation assistance provided)

Job Offer

• Base salary of $165,000 - $200,000
• Annual bonus and competitive benefits
