HR Generalist
This HR Generalist will oversee end to end recruitment, employee relations investigations, performance management, employee recognition, training and development, and employee engagement initatives for their highly tenured and educated staff. This person should have fantastic executive precense, great attention to detail, and a focus on providing white glove service to employees of all levels.

This boutique financial services consultancy for a dynamic and adaptable HR Generalist to join their high-impact Human Resources team. This is a critical, highly visible role within a lean and agile HR function, and the successful candidate will regularly partner with the CHRO and members of the C-suite to deliver a broad range of strategic and tactical HR initiatives.
Description
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, in close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.
Training & Development: Design, implement, and facilitate internal training initiatives focused on professional development, compliance, and manager capability building.
Employee Relations: Partner with the HR Director to support employee relations matters, including coaching managers, navigating conflict, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
Employee Engagement & Recognition: Develop and manage employee engagement and recognition programs that enhance organizational culture and morale.
HR Projects & Operations: Support a variety of ad hoc HR initiatives including performance management cycles, policy creation, and process improvements.
Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and maintain a high degree of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Profile
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and developing training initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-touch, high-expectation environment.
High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
