Executive Assistant
The Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, managing both business and personal needs. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong cognitive abilities, and the capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and poise.

Description
• Manage and organize the CEO's business and personal schedules, including calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate and oversee complex travel arrangements, including commercial airlines, private planes, car services, and hotel accommodations.
• Handle expense management, including submitting expense reports and ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Plan and coordinate events, both business and personal-related, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening telephone calls and handling them appropriately.
• Maintain and organize hard copy and electronic file systems, including correspondence and other records.
• Prepare reporting and meeting materials as needed, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Run errands and handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, handling complex and sensitive non-public information with discretion.
• Act as a problem solver, addressing issues proactively and efficiently.
• Exhibit strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software applications.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Profile
• At least five years of administrative experience at the CEO or executive level.
• Strong cognitive skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management and event planning.
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
• College degree preferred.
