Senior Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping the success of a leading Nashville-based general contractor.

Description
- Lead all phases of complex commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and trust.
- Mentor and guide project managers and support staff to ensure team success.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
