HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Description
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential employee records, both digital and physical.
- Ensure all employee documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and update personal information, job status changes, promotions, and benefits for employees.
- Oversee the on boarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents, scheduling orientations, and ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the off-boarding process, including handling resignation, termination, and retirement paperwork. Coordinate exit interviews and ensure a smooth transition for departing staff.
- Oversee daily HR operations, assist with employee relations, manage recruitment, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal labor laws.
Profile
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field and hold a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
