Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. My client is a full-service commercial construction company based in Exton, PA that provides services in General Contracting, Design-Build and Construction Management. They specialize in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, corporate, athletics/entertainment, government and commercial construction for both public and private clients.

Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for project needs.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all sites.
