Description

As Superintendent, your responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain project momentum.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Profile

• Proven Superintendent experience in ultra high-end residential construction and interior renovations.

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
