Interim HR Generalist
My client is seeking Interim HR Generalist to cover a mat leave cover- The successful candidate must be customer-orientated & personable, have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.This position will directly support the CEO/President & the CFO/Finance Director. This role will begin as part-time (1-2 months) for training until current HR Generalist goes out on maternity & then will begin full-time for 4 months.

My client the worldwide leader in the manufacturer and supply of high purity water treatment solutions to the Pharmaceutical & Bio-tech industry. Currently the US operation is in an expansive phase & is looking for experienced individual to fill the Interim HR Generalist position in our Company.
Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee Benefits (Insurance and 401k)
- Lead HR function in conjunction with the CEO/CFO
- Recruiting, Interviewing and On-boarding functions.
- Scheduling and tracking HR and Safety training.
- Annual OSHA Reports
- Worker's compensations reporting
- Maintain the payroll and benefits portals.
- Update employee handbook and policies as needed.
- Oversee company safety program.
Profile
The ideal Person
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent administration & organizational skills
- Professional manner & good communication skills
- Candidate should be computer literate and have high proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Paychex or similar payroll portal
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Numerate and accurate with attention to fine detail
- A minimum of 5yr human resource mgmt experience preferably in an engineering manufacturing environment
