Jr. HR Generalist
The Junior HR Generalist will provide hands-on support across multiple areas of the HR function, with a particular focus on professional development, employee relations, and recruitment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience HR Coordinator to take that next step.
Description
Support the coordination and logistics of professional development programs, training's, and firmwide initiatives.
Assist with employee relations processes, documentation, and communications as directed by senior HR team members.
Provide administrative and scheduling support for recruitment activities, including interviews, candidate communications, and on boarding.
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Compile and organize documents using Adobe Acrobat and other tools as needed.
Manage scheduling, calendaring, and email follow-up for HR initiatives and meetings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless HR operations and employee support across the firm.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of HR experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience a plus).
Demonstrated HR generalist exposure or involvement across multiple HR functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and HRIS systems
Comfortable working on-site in our New York office 4 days a week.
