Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the South Florida market. This role requires a seasoned construction leader with deep experience delivering complex, occupied, and regulated healthcare facilities.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong national and regional presence in healthcare construction. They are known for delivering high-profile hospital, medical campus, and specialty care projects while maintaining long-term relationships with major healthcare systems.
Description
Lead all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Manage and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management
Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, infection control protocols, and quality requirements
Monitor project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation
Maintain schedule integrity on complex, fast-paced, and often occupied healthcare environments
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor
Proven track record delivering large-scale healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, or healthcare campuses
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including MEP-intensive systems and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-risk, high-visibility environments
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
