Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the South Florida market. This role requires a seasoned construction leader with deep experience delivering complex, occupied, and regulated healthcare facilities.

Description

• Lead all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout

• Manage and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management

• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, infection control protocols, and quality requirements

• Monitor project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation

• Maintain schedule integrity on complex, fast-paced, and often occupied healthcare environments

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor

• Proven track record delivering large-scale healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, or healthcare campuses

• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including MEP-intensive systems and regulatory compliance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-risk, high-visibility environments

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
