Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects for a top-tier general contractor based in Miami. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

  • Lead and manage large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls to ensure successful delivery.

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to manage complex design and construction requirements.

  • Manage project teams including Project Managers, APMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, life safety requirements, and infection control standards.

  • Drive risk management, change management, and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with significant healthcare project experience.

  • Proven track record managing large, complex healthcare projects (hospitals, medical centers, specialty facilities, or expansions).

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, codes, and operational constraints.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficient with project management and scheduling software (Procore, P6, MS Project, etc.).

Job Offer
