HR Generalist

Our client is looking for a HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience who understands Human Resources policies and procedures, and a working knowledge of ADP.

Description

• Listen to employee complaints and seek solutions.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
• Policies and procedures
• Assist with employee on boarding procedures.
• Update records to accommodate new hires.
• Come up with ideas to motivate employees.
• Write reports on HR department activities.
• Coordinate with other HR professionals.
• Research new HR trends.

Profile

• ADP experience
• 5-7 years of experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Excel experience
