Our client, a top global financial services firm, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team, 5 days on-site in New York City. The generalist will support HR functions such as performance management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and more. Up to $120K annually.

Our client, a top global financial services firm, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team, 5 days on-site in New York City. The generalist will support HR functions such as performance management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, recruitment strategy and more. Up to $120K annually.
Description
- On-site 5 days a week in Manhattan.
- Lead performance and compensation reviews, talent strategy, and employee relations.
- Lead the new hire onboarding process, including delivering presentations, collecting and verifying required documents, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and procedures within the firm's risk framework.
- Collaborate across teams and specialties within HR.
Profile
- Able to work 5 days on-site in Manhattan.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in HR field.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, talent, or other.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
