Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of the Fund Administration Service Line
• Lead and expand the Fund Administration team in alignment with business goals and company culture.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of alternative fund clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Partner with senior leadership on business development initiatives, identifying and securing growth opportunities.
• Promote continuous improvement in operations, systems, and client service processes.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes, supporting compliance and governance efforts.
• Represent the firm externally with clients, regulators, and intermediaries, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted provider.

Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in fund services, particularly with Alternative Funds.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fund structures.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance best practices.
