HR Manager - Manuf. - Dartmouth, MA (onsite) - Up to $75K
Join a well-established manufacturing leader as an HR Manager in Dartmouth, MA. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to oversee all aspects of HR, including payroll, labor relations, benefits, and compliance, while working closely with a strong leadership team. 5 days onsite required.

Their Dartmouth, MA facility recently joined the organization, offering an exciting opportunity to establish strong HR foundations in a dynamic environment.
Description
- Oversee all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the plant, partnering with leadership and union representatives.
- Manage full-cycle payroll and oversee time tracking.
- Handle labor relations, including contract interpretation and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including EEO and affirmative action reporting.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives to support workforce development.
- Support safety programs, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Profile
- 3-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Payroll experience with the ability to run weekly payroll independently.
- Some union experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (or Associate's with HR certifications).
- Strong interpersonal skills-personable, approachable, yet firm when needed.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a broader HR team.
