Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for refining processes, implementing Lean principles, and driving efficiency across production operations. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, designing fixtures, and managing capital equipment projects to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing flow and processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Design fixtures, develop Statements of Work, and lead equipment implementation projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement zero-defect quality initiatives.

Profile

The ideal Process Engineer is a proactive person with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in thermal or laminates manufacturing. You should be comfortable working hands-on, collaborating across teams, and applying advanced problem-solving techniques to improve production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
• Strong understanding of automated manufacturing equipment and control plans.
