Senior HR Generalist - Tewksbury 5 days onsite, $95k-$105k
The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within the manufacturing industry. This position is based in Tewksbury (5 days onsite) and focuses on managing HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Client Details
Manufacturing company in Tewksbury, Massachusetts is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to be the sole HR person in Mass (part of a larger team globally) that will lead HR ops for this location.
Description
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Partner with the GM to support site operations and workforce development
- Maintain payroll compliance and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Profile
- 5+ years of experience in human resources within the manufacturing industry.
- Union experience required.
- Proven knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Experience in handling employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- $95,000 - $105,000 USD annually.
