Legal Administrative Assistant
This role provides critical administrative and clerical support to attorneys at a top law firm, ensuring legal documents, filings, scheduling, and case management are handled with precision and timeliness. The Legal Administrative Assistant is an essential team member who helps maintain workflow, meet legal deadlines, and provide excellent client service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Description
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- File legal documents electronically and maintain accurate case files
- Track deadlines, court dates, and key case milestones
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Prepare case materials, trial binders, and hearing documents
- Support general office administration and legal operations
Profile
- Has 3-5 years of legal administrative experience in a law firm or legal department
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management and billing software
- Understands court filing procedures and legal terminology
- Communicates clearly and professionally, with strong discretion and confidentiality
- Thrives in a fast-paced legal setting and takes initiative to support attorneys effectively
