HR Admin Assistant
The HR Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the administrative needs of the HR department within the healthcare industry. This temporary position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining records and documents.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for HR-related meetings and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR managers as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information at all times.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Profile
A successful HR Admin Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay between $23 and $28, depending on experience.
