HR Manager - Manufacturing
You will be responsible for supporting the employee populations in GA & CA in their Manufacturing plants. You will give operational and strategic HR support to the organization.

Description
- Designing & Implementing HR strategies
- Lead employee relations
- Handle all state & federal compliance
- Assist in the interviewing process
- Create career progression for current employees
- Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
- Develop & implement employee engagement activities
- Assist with Training
- Work with Managers on performance reviews and coaching conversations
Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years in Management role
- Exposure to Manufacturing Company
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Job Offer
- Base salary of up to $120,000 ( based upon level of experience)
