Legal Administrative Assistant
This Legal Administrative Assistant role will provide top‑tier administrative and litigation support to a team of lawyers, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate document production, and coordination of court filings, schedules, and client communications. The position requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high‑volume tasks..

Description
- Provide high‑level administrative and legal secretarial support, including document preparation, correspondence drafting, and workflow management for a team of attorneys.
- Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and litigation‑related calendars, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Prepare litigation documents such as briefs, motions, subpoenas, and coordinated multi‑document filings in state and federal courts, including e‑filings.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy filing systems, manage records, update subscription books, and handle information routing and follow‑ups.
- Enter attorney time daily, prepare client billing, handle expense reimbursement processes, and support research, meeting preparation, and administrative projects.
Profile
- Has 2+ years of prior litigation experience and law‑firm support work, with strong knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work professionally with staff at all levels.
- Exceptionally detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a high‑volume environment.
- Technically proficient with tools such as iManage, MS Office, InTapp, 3E, and Chrome River, and adaptable to learning new systems.
- Maintains confidentiality, exercises sound judgment, and takes initiative while working both independently and collaboratively.
