Project Engineer
The Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting day-to-day project operations, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a long-term career in construction project management.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
Maintain and track project documentation, including schedules, drawings, logs, and daily reports
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of work
Participate in on-site meetings and conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
Help manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place
Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure communication and alignment across all phases of the project
Profile

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to occasionally travel to project sites as needed
