Description

• Lead and manage field operations across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
• Mentor and develop field staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
