Project Manager- Custom Homes

Description

• Lead all phases of high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants to ensure schedules and budgets are met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain detailed project documentation including budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain workflow and client satisfaction.

• Ensure all work complies with quality standards, local building codes, and safety requirements.

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction.

• Proven track record managing custom homes valued up to $10M.

• Strong knowledge of local permitting processes, high-end finishes, and construction techniques.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

• Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of leading complex projects independently.
