Human Resource Director(Americas)

This position will oversee Human Resources for all the Americas and work cross functionally with European HQ. It will help the organization with their expansion in the US.

Client Details

They are a global sports club that is experiencing high growth. This is will be their first HR hire in this geographical region.

Description

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the Americas.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices tailored to local regulations.
• Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and everything in between.
• Champion a positive and inclusive culture aligned with our global values while tailoring it to the needs of regional teams.
• Implemented new benefit & wellness offerings.
• Help set up in new locations.
• Put performance management in place.
• Employee relations related issues.

Profile

• 8+ years within Human Resources
• Must be fluent in French
• Interest in Sports industry is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of multi state law & compliance
• Ability to travel 1x a quarter
• Ability to go onsite

Job Offer

• Base salary 150K-175K
