Description

• Pull and analyze complex reports in Workday to support people cost allocation and compensation strategy

• Assist with Workday configurations specific to cost allocations

• Support data integrity and system accuracy for HR-related reporting

• Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, and systems teams

• Assist with administrative tasks and data troubleshooting related to HR systems

• Provide ad hoc reporting and support ongoing projects within HRIS

Profile

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Workday experience highly preferred

• Data-savvy with excellent Excel and reporting skills

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-performing environment

• Comfortable in a hybrid HR/finance/tech role

• Strong communicator who can explain data clearly and work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
