Description
Pull and analyze complex reports in Workday to support people cost allocation and compensation strategy
Assist with Workday configurations specific to cost allocations
Support data integrity and system accuracy for HR-related reporting
Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, and systems teams
Assist with administrative tasks and data troubleshooting related to HR systems
Provide ad hoc reporting and support ongoing projects within HRIS
Profile
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Workday experience highly preferred
Data-savvy with excellent Excel and reporting skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-performing environment
Comfortable in a hybrid HR/finance/tech role
Strong communicator who can explain data clearly and work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Job Offer
