Description

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the plant has a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Collaborate closely with union representatives to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain positive labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the plant.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with production goals and improve employee performance and retention.
• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and fostering a safe, inclusive environment

Profile

• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working with a union.
• Management experience.
• Payroll experience.
• The ability to go on-site full-time.
