Plant HR Manager - Walton, NY - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the plant, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations. They play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with the plant's operational goals. This position is full-time on-site at the plant and will oversee a team of two. ** RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED! **
$85K-$110K base salary based on experience.

The Plant HR Manager will support 100 employees, some being in a union. ** RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED! **
$85K-$110K base salary based on experience.
Description
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the plant has a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate closely with union representatives to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain positive labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the plant.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with production goals and improve employee performance and retention.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
Profile
- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working with a union.
- Management experience.
- Payroll experience.
- The ability to go on-site full-time.
Job Offer
- Base salary of $85K - $110K depending on candidate's experience.
