Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for mission-critical and data center builds, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.

  • Oversee all project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control to maintain profitability.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

  • Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.

  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all construction phases, upholding company and client standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, utilizing Lean practices, BIM, and advanced scheduling tools to enhance efficiency and performance.

Profile

The Successful Applicant:

  • Brings 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including data center or mission-critical project leadership.

  • Possesses deep understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and redundancy requirements unique to high-uptime facilities.

  • Demonstrates strong financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and schedule.

  • Excels in team leadership and client relations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust across all stakeholders.

  • Is proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM tools, with a data-driven approach to project management.

  • Holds a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; certifications like LEED AP, PMP, or CxA are a plus.
