Job Requirements of HR Generalist:

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for both union and non-union employees.
- Ensure all processes align with labor regulations and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to develop career pathways and foster employee growth.
- Coordinate training programs, mentoring initiatives, and professional development opportunities.

Partner with managers to drive change initiatives that align with business goals and improve workforce engagement.
- Support communication plans and activities to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor agreements, and manage union-related issues in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Guide managers in conducting performance evaluations, goal-setting, and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Track progress and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance with labor laws and union agreements.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure the organization meets all HR regulatory requirements.

HR Generalist

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our collaborative HR team. This person will report directly to the HR Manager and will play a vital role in supporting the entire employee life cycle for a workforce of 110 union and non-union employees.
