Sr. HRBP Commercial - 3 days Canton, Mass - $160k-$190k
This HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders across key global markets, helping shape people strategy and scale the function in line with business goals. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a track record of driving results within a global commercial function (sales, marketing, GTM, etc.).
Located in Canton, Mass - 3 days on site.
$160k-$190k + bonus and great benefits.

Description
Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders across the global commercial organization
Drive and support strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
Guide leadership on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, etc.) to deliver scalable HR programs and solutions
Advise on global and regional employment matters while balancing local nuance with enterprise-wide consistency
Champion company culture and values while helping build inclusive, high-performing teams across markets
Analyze HR and business data to inform decision-making and recommend proactive talent solutions
Lead or support HR projects and initiatives related to commercial team expansion, global mobility, and integration across markets
Profile
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HRBP capacity supporting global commercial teams (sales, marketing, revenue, etc.)
Deep understanding of global HR practices and challenges, with strong experience supporting international employee populations
Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, build trust, and drive change in a matrixed organization
Experience with scaling and supporting high-growth teams and navigating evolving org structures
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus
