Operations Assistant
Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and support the operations department with administrative duties, project coordination, and ensuring smooth work flow. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Our client provides janitorial and professional Cleaning Services within NYC. They are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join their growing team!
Description
- Administrative Support: Work closely with the Operations Manager and team to support daily operations by providing administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Update and maintain operational data in relevant systems, assist in generating reports for management, and support the improvement of processes for business development and client relationship management.
- Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of operational projects, collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and maintain accurate records of supply deliveries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for greater efficiency within operations and propose solutions for improvement.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison among staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and assist in maintaining documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus.
