Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain high construction standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to execute project plans seamlessly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of luxury home building techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
