Description

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing all phases of luxury home construction, from foundation to final finishes.

• Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflow.

• Conduct site inspections to enforce safety regulations and high-end construction standards.

• Support problem-solving efforts to address construction challenges efficiently.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably in the luxury home sector.

• Strong understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for craftsmanship.

• OSHA certification and a background in construction management or a related field are a plus.
