Description

• You'll contribute significantly to our recruitment efforts by engaging with potential candidates and helping to grow a strong, skilled team.
• Your responsibilities will include posting job listings across multiple platforms, reviewing applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• You'll also handle interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintaining organized candidate records and tracking key hiring metrics will be part of your day-to-day tasks.
• You'll stay in regular contact with candidates, keeping them informed and providing timely feedback.
• Additionally, you'll assist with onboarding and support the completion of new hire documentation.
• As part of the team, you'll work together to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in large and small team environments.
