Corporate Paralegal
This role offers exposure to high-level corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal operations, and contract support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of law firm and in-house experience and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This position is based in Miami, FL and requires onsite presence four days per week.

Description
- Support M&A activity from diligence through post-close tracking
- Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
- Triage legal requests and route them appropriately
- Manage legal accruals and coordinate with internal finance and outside counsel
- Administer the team's eBilling system, including invoice management and vendor support
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
- Support ongoing legal operations projects and process improvements
- Manage department mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Take on additional ad hoc legal assignments as needed
Profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certification
- 3-5 years of experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Proficient with legal research tools and tech platforms
- Experience in financial services is a plus
