Scheduling Manager- Multifamily General Contractor
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to oversee and manage project schedules for large-scale multifamily construction projects in Davie, Florida. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery by leading all aspects of project planning, schedule development, and progress monitoring.

Description
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor progress and performance against established schedules, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Provide monthly and weekly updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
Analyze schedule impacts from change orders, delays, and resource allocations.
Assist in preconstruction planning and the development of baseline schedules.
Train and mentor project teams in scheduling best practices.
Profile
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of dedicated experience as a Planner/Scheduler, with consistent and recent use of Primavera P6. A background working with a General Contractor on multifamily projects is highly preferred, along with prior field experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $140,000 - $170,000, depending on experience.
