HRBP - F.S. - Up to $150K - Greenwich, CT (FT onsite)
A highly regarded financial services organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Greenwich, CT office. This is a newly created, visible role supporting a high-performing, collaborative HR team and offering the opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership on strategic talent initiatives. Description
- Partner with leaders and managers to align people strategies with business goals
- Advise on and lead performance management processes and employee development planning
- Coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance challenges and coaching conversations
- Support talent initiatives including succession planning and leadership development
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement engagement and culture-building programs
- Participate in onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding as needed
- Leverage HRIS and Excel for data tracking, insights, and reporting
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across HR (benefits, engagement, systems)
- Help facilitate training and on-site employee events
- Partner with shared services for seamless HR operations
Profile
- MUST HAVE 7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and business partnering
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and supporting people managers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- BA/BS degree required
- Workday or similar HRIS experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with Excel and data reporting tools
