The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Portland should have:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance standards on-site.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead project teams to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
