Bilingual HR Generalist | 5 days on-site in White Plains, NY
We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist who will be tasked with managing day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of human resources functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more!
Client Details
Our client is a small repair & maintenance organization that's looking to grow out their HR function.
Description
- Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll for all employees weekly, with no errors or delays
- Audit payroll processes quarterly to identify and address discrepancies.
- Administering HR programs and policies
- Managing employee relations and addressing issues as they arise
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring 95% employee satisfaction in HR interactions.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Assisting in recruitment and hiring processes
- Providing support for employee training and development
- Maintaining HR records and documents

Profile
A successful Bilingual HR Generalist should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication skills in English and a second language
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion
