Administrative Coordinator
An Administrative Coordinator will support the Marketing and Product Development teams, working closely with department heads and stakeholders to help achieve the team's business objectives.

Description
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing calendars, printing materials, and ordering office supplies
- Coordinate and support meetings and events: manage planners in MS Outlook, reserve rooms and AV support, order catering, greet visitors
- Arrange travel for department members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process expense reimbursements and track departmental invoices
- Prepare materials and update presentations for meetings
- Support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and Concur
Job Offer
