The Bilingual HR Generalist is an exciting opportunity to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to ensure a well-supported workforce. They will manage payroll, benefits, and training programs to maintain efficiency and a positive workplace culture. The role reports directly into the CEO/President of the company and will be their first official HR hire!
Client Details
Our client is a family-owned building maintenance company with immense growth plans. They have a corporate office in White Plains, where the HR Generalist will need to be five days of the week. They also have about 100 employees out in the field. This is a super exciting opportunity to be the company's first HR hire - you'll have the chance to shape HR processes, implement strategies, and make a lasting impact as the company grows! You'll collaborate closely with leadership to develop policies and initiatives, making a direct contribution to the company's success.

Job Offer
- Base salary of $60k - $75k and competitive benefits.
