Superintendent- Custom Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end custom homes ranging from $10M-$20M in value across the Palm Beach area. Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in the ground-up construction of luxury custom homes in South Florida. With a reputation built on decades of experience, integrity, and elite-level craftsmanship, the firm partners with top architects and designers to build one-of-a-kind estates tailored to a discerning clientele. Projects are typically located in prestigious neighborhoods and are managed with a high-touch, detail-oriented approach.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final punch list

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain project schedules and budgets

• Ensure top-tier quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to architectural specifications

• Communicate daily with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to provide updates and manage expectations

• Manage project documentation including daily logs, schedules, inspections, and progress reports

• Anticipate and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost overruns

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably with high-end custom residential projects

• Proven track record delivering ground-up homes in the $5M+ range; luxury estate experience a major plus

• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, high-end finishes, and site logistics in tight or exclusive communities

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with high-net-worth clients and design professionals

• OSHA certification and familiarity with South Florida building codes and inspections

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Job Offer
