Superintendent- Custom Homes

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of high-end custom homes valued up to $10 million. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier residential builder known for craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering homes of distinction.

Our client is a highly reputable luxury residential builder based in South Florida with a strong portfolio of multimillion-dollar custom homes throughout Palm Beach County. With a focus on detail, design, and premium finishes, this builder has built a long-standing reputation for quality and a deep commitment to exceeding client expectations. Their projects are fully custom, architect-driven, and typically involve complex, high-end residential construction.

Description

• Manage all day-to-day field operations on custom home projects from site prep through final punch list

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field labor to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Work closely with the Project Manager, Architect, and Owner to maintain clear communication and progress reporting

• Enforce job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes and regulations

• Monitor and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software

• Conduct regular quality inspections and proactively resolve any field-related issues or delays

Profile

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on high-end custom residential projects

• Proven track record overseeing single-family custom homes ranging from $3M-$10M in value

• Deep knowledge of luxury finishes, millwork, architectural detailing, and high-performance systems

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills with the ability to run multiple trades onsite

• Tech-savvy with experience using Procore or similar construction software preferred

• Able to manage client and architect relationships with professionalism and attention to detail

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience
