HR Director - Southborough, Mass hybrid - $170k-$190k
The HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, drive people initiatives aligned with global HR strategy, and ensure operational excellence across all HR disciplines. This position is located in Southborough, Mass - 3 days a week in office. $170k - $190k + bonus.

Description
- Partner with the Global VP of HR to align local HR strategies with global objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior site leaders on HR matters including organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Manage and develop a team of four HR professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support recruitment efforts for key roles and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in human resources leadership, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
