Bilingual HR Director - On-Site - $125k-$140k

The HR Director is an exciting opportunity to lead overall people strategy while overseeing all core HR operations, including compliance, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR systems. The role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals and supports a compliant, consistent, and effective HR function.


Prior HR leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required.

Client Details

Our client is a food manufacturing company that operates large‑scale production facilities in Southern California. They are expanding with a major new manufacturing plant designed for 24/5 operations and hundreds of employees. This is a great chance to join a company in a clear growth phase with opportunities to build, scale, and influence.

Our client is looking for Bilingual (English and Spanish) HR leaders who have experience supporting multi-state manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will be comfortable being hands-on and present in plant operations.

People management experience is a must, as well as experience with recruiting, workforce management, and employee relations. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

The HR Director will be on-site full-time at their two plants in San Bernardino County, CA. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and administer employee training and development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.

Profile

A successful HR Director should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
