Demand Planner
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in West Hollywood. This is an exciting opportunity to lead demand planning initiatives in a fast-paced environment while driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Description
Develop and execute accurate demand forecasts to meet business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align forecasts with market trends and business plans.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to anticipate demand shifts and minimize risks.
Lead the demand planning process end-to-end, including monthly and quarterly sales and operations planning (S&OP).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
Manage a team of demand planners, providing mentorship and guidance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize demand planning tools and processes.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of demand planning experience, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.
Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
