HR Generalist - Westchester County (5 days onsite) - $65-70K
A leading provider of maintenance solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Westchester County. This full-time, onsite role is essential in supporting the organization's workforce, primarily composed of hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, employee relations, and compliance, along with bilingual proficiency to foster effective communication.

Description
- Accurately process payroll for hourly employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Support managers in workforce planning and performance management initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between HR and hourly employees to address unique workforce needs.
Profile
- Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish highly preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on payroll.
- Experience working with hourly employees in a fast-paced industry, such as maintenance, hospitality, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
