Description

  • Design, assess, and refine manufacturing workflows for intricate, high-precision parts.
  • Set up, program, and operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines for both prototype development and full-scale production.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to verify design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Perform simulations and validations to enhance and streamline production processes.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot production issues and boost operational efficiency.
  • Apply process engineering software and CAD tools to create and document optimized workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and internal quality management systems.
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation, including setup sheets and detailed work instructions.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of practical experience with 4- and 5-axis CNC machining, including programming.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Direct, hands-on experience using process engineering methods and simulation technologies.
  • Skilled in using CAM software such as FeatureCAM, PartMaker, PowerMill, or Siemens NX.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or comparable CAD tools for design and drafting.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and related quality compliance practices.
